Right of Withdrawal for EU / EEA Consumers:

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, you must submit your request before this 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal:

Upon receiving your request, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipping, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you submit this form. Please note that you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Important Note on Physical Media:

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal automatically expires if you unseal, open, or break the protective plastic wrap on sealed audio recordings (vinyl records, CDs) or merchandise.
